Kristian Gray
Known as one of the most dedicated agents in Southern California, Kristian Gray, Realtor with Keller Williams, provides clients with a highly strategic approach to real estate. His welcomed energy, marketing and negotiating expertise, have solidified his place as one of the top-tier agents in Southern California. Both his focus on the client experience and developing a deep trust with them, has been the cornerstone to his success.
In 2010, Kristian co-founded one of Los Angeles’ premier luxury vacation rental companies, listing some of Los Angeles’ most prominent properties as well as thousands of luxury properties around the world. In addition, he has explored every corner of Southern California to locate, acquire, and renovate his own portfolio. Because of this experience, Kristian understands how to help his clients realize maximum value for their homes.
Born in Los Angeles and raised in Orange County, Kristian is a fourth generation Southern Californian. His extensive knowledge of the area’s residential real estate market is unrivaled. His clients seek out his knowledge and local market acumen to provide a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s competitive market. Kristian’s background and experience, allow him to expertly guide clients through even the most complicated of housing transactions.
Kristian earned his BA in Communications from San Diego State University. He is a member of the Beverly Hills Association and Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors. As an avid surfer and photographer, Kristian enjoys taking in all the beauty that Southern California living has to offer.
Shawn Kormondy
Shawn Kormondy has consistently been a top-producing real estate agent representing buyers and sellers of homes and investment properties throughout the Southern California area since 2004. His expertise and talent have made him a recognized leader in the real estate industry. Shawn’s success can be attributed in part to his exceptionally high standards and values, along with great people skills and negotiation savvy. He is enthusiastic about leading-edge technology and prides himself on maximizing the effectiveness of new resources to best serve his clients.
Shawn currently represents law firms, trusts, corporate and other institutions in the selling of residential and residential income assets. Garnering a steady stream of referrals from law firms who place their trust in him, Shawn has developed a keen awareness of legal boundaries to help protect clients from unnecessary legal issues.
Shawn earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Cal State Northridge. He has since been actively involved with several charitable foundations, including KW Cares, Children’s Music Fund, and Friends of West Hollywood Elementary.
